Exploring Symbio

Symbio is set amongst beautiful natural surroundings, with pathways winding through animal habitats, gardens, and open spaces.

Most of our pathways are hard surfaced, providing smooth and accessible access throughout the majority of the park. There is a small remaining section of gravel pathway; however, this area remains accessible and provides access to animal viewing areas and experiences.

To help plan your visit, download the Symbio app and turn on the Accessibility Feature. This provides additional information to help you navigate the park and discover accessible facilities, animal areas, and points of interest throughout your visit.

Accessible Toilets

Accessible amenities are available throughout the park, including dedicated accessible toilet facilities.

Rest Areas

Seating and shaded rest areas are located throughout Symbio, providing opportunities to take breaks, relax, and enjoy the surroundings at your own pace.

Parking & Entry

Accessible parking spaces are available close to the park entrance. Our entry areas are designed to provide easy access for guests using wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and prams.

Companion Cards

Symbio Wildlife Park welcomes Companion Card holders.

The Companion Card supports people with significant and permanent disability who require a companion or support person to participate in community activities.

Guests presenting a valid Companion Card are eligible for complimentary entry for their companion or carer when purchasing a ticket or membership.

Assistance Animals

Certified assistance animals are welcome at Symbio Wildlife Park.

Concession Discounts

Concession pricing is available for eligible guests.

Accepted concession cards include:

• Pension Card holders
• Seniors Card holders
• Full-time students with valid student identification
• Health Care Card holders

Valid identification must be presented at the ticket desk on arrival.
